Liposculpture and Liposuction – BUTTOCKS Contrary to what it may seem, the buttocks should be treated very carefully since they can rarely be “emptied” later on due to the risk of causing ptosis (droop). The major indication for lipo on this area is to sculpt asymmetries on both sides, redefining the sub-gluteal sulcus (below the buttocks) or still, empty localized areas parsimoniously.
